Event 1 - Business Plan (Concept to creation):
As aspiring entrepreneurs of tomorrow, create your imagination and innovative ideas into smart business plans
Rules:
1) Minimum 2 and Maximum 4 participants in a team.
2) Participants must present their business plans within 15 minutes (10 min for PPT + 5 min for discussion)
3) Participants must explain the ideas from concept to creation.
4) Participants have to submit the feasible project report.
Registration details:
Registration fees is Rs. 200/- per team.
Register on or before 25th Feb 2012.
Reporting time for participants: 08.00 am
Inauguration time: 09.00 am
Venue: IMR Campus (Auditorium Hall)
Event 2 - Be a Solution Finder (A stepping stone to become a entrepreneur):
For those who want to live a dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur / manager / engineer / self employed.
Rules:
1) Individual participation.
2) Participant can carry max 7 min PPT with them (If required)
3) The participant may represent any company listed on NSE / BSE from their managerial positions or may represent as owner / partner of his own business / industrial unit.
4) Questions will be asked on the role of the participant and on some strategic situations.
For example: A participant can choose to be a successful entrepreneur / manager / engineer / self employed. He should explain about all the duties, responsibilities, work culture, limitations, challenges, opportunities, rights, scope etc.

Registration fees is Rs. 50/- per participant.
Register on or before 25th Feb 2012.
Reporting time for participants: 08.00 am
Inauguration time: 09.00 am
Venue: IMR Campus (Seminar Hall)
Event 3 – Round Table (Team Working with decision making):
It’s a team activity, which discusses the various strategies of business and prepare action plan according to the situation given by organizing committee immediately on registration.
Rules:
1) Minimum 6 – Maximum 8 participants in a team.
2) Participants must present their business strategies and prepare action plans within 20 minutes (05 min for PPT + 15 min for discussion)
3) A different strategic situation will be given to each team. The team composition may be of President, Vice-president, Finance Manager, Marketing Manager, HR Manager, Production Manager, Company Secretary, Chartered Accountants and so on
4) Presentation and discussion is purely based on strategic problems / solutions given by organizing committee after registration.
For example: ABC Ltd. is an irrigation company having a domestic turnover of Rs. 100 cr.
Now, the company decides to cross the Indian market and wants to capture the foreign market. For the purpose company has target of Rs. 50 cr. export sale. Discuss the strategic solutions in a meeting i.e. Round Table.
